| Abstract: | This research study was designed to investigate Community Care clients’ views regarding the services they receive from volunteers involved in the Neighbourhood Care Program. In addition, and Community Care volunteers’ perceptions of their own role, the challenges and difficulties faced, why they volunteer, and how they feel the program could be improved for volunteers. |
